Watch the Toes When You Spray the Nose

Patients often fail to reap the full benefit of corticosteroid nasal sprays because they do not use these devices correctly. To ensure proper placement and dispersal of the medication, instruct patients to spray the left nostril with the right hand and the right nostril with the left hand, all the while looking at their toes.
